Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of StreetCred, including our website, practice workbooks, upload tools, scoring reports, and related services.
Using StreetCred
You must provide accurate account information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not use StreetCred to break the law, infringe rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload malicious files.
Practice Content
StreetCred provides educational financial modelling practice materials and diagnostic feedback. We do not guarantee interview outcomes, employment outcomes, financial results, or that scoring is error-free.
Uploads
You retain ownership of files and content you upload. By uploading files, you grant StreetCred permission to host, process, analyze, display, and store them as needed to provide scoring, feedback, support, and product improvement. Do not upload confidential third-party information unless you have permission.
Accounts and Authentication
You may sign in using email credentials or supported third-party providers such as Google. If multiple sign-in methods use the same verified email address, they may be linked to the same StreetCred account.
Payments and Paid Products
Some StreetCred products may require payment. Prices, features, and availability may change. Additional purchase terms may apply at checkout when paid products become available.
Intellectual Property
StreetCred, our website, scoring workflows, reports, case materials, designs, text, and related content are owned by StreetCred or our licensors. You may use practice materials for your personal learning, but you may not resell, redistribute, copy, or publish them without permission.
Service Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of StreetCred at any time. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for StreetCred, other users, or service providers.

StreetCred is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
